Of course, if you're looking for something comfortable and for a high traffic area, look elsewhere. I ordered this for the lobby at our apartment complex, where things need to look pretty but don't need to be functional (nobody ever sits on it for more than a few minutes at a time). It's large enough for our oversized 17 foot long room, and the fabric is sturdy, tweed, and a "purple/browinsh/grey-- works perfectly for us!
